The 2023 50th anniversary festival is May 12-14, located in Downtown Tulsa’s Arts District and Historic Greenwood District. Admission is free to the public.
The University of Tulsa is proud to host Mayfest for its 50th anniversary. Since 1973, the Mayfest festival has welcomed thousands of local and national artists to exhibit their work. Each year several thousands of people visit downtown Tulsa to purchase art, listen to music, and enjoy the food and culture downtown Tulsa has to offer. The festival takes up several blocks along Reconciliation Drive in the Arts District and a few blocks in the Greenwood district. Along with dozens of food vendors, Mayfest features musical and other artistic performances on the Guthrie Green stage and other venues around downtown.
